السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
نضع بين أيديكم ضوابط التسجيل والمشاركة في ملتقيات نادي نظم المعلومات الجغرافية ونآمل من جميع الأعضاء والزوار الكرام احترام هذه الضوابط والأخذ بها لأنها لم توضع إلا لتحقيق الفائدة والرقي بالنادي والوصول للهدف المنشود الذي أنشئ من اجله.
ضوابط تسجيل المعرفات
1- أن يكون الاسم صريح وغير مستعار
2- أن يكون الاسم ثنائي أو ثلاثي
3- أن يكون الاسم باللغة العربية، او مكتوب بالحروف الانجليزية ( )
4- أن يضاف إلية اللقب العلمي أن أمكن ذلك
5- أن يكون خالياً من الأرقام أو الرموز باستثناء (. - _ / )
6- عدم التسجيل باسم أحد الأعضاء المسجلين حتى وإن كان الاسم قد أُضيف له المد أو الهمزة أو التشكيل... الخ..
7- أن لا يقترن الاسم المسجل باسم دولة أو مدينة أو جامعة أو أبو او أم .. الخ. ان عدم الالتزام بضوابط التسجيل اعلاه سوف يؤدي الى حذف معرف العضو المخالف دون اشعار مسبق بذلك.
ضوابط المشاركات
1- يُمنع منعاً باتاً كتابة أي مشاركة تحمل إساءة مباشرة أو غير مباشره للدين الإسلامي أو للقرآن أو للنبي عليه الصلاة والسلام.
2- يُمنع منعاً باتاً التطرق في المشاركات إلى المذاهب والطوائف الدينية.
3- يُمنع منعاً باتاً التطرق للمواضيع السياسية والتي تحمل في طياتها الانتقاد أو الاستهزاء.
4- يُمنع منعاً باتاً الإساءة لنادي نظم المعلومات الجغرافية أو لأعضاء فريق عمل النادي وبحال ملكت شكوى على الفريق أو أي عضو عليك مراسلة إدارة النادي بذلك.
5- يُمنع منعاً باتاً الإساءة للأعضاء بأي شكل من الأشكال ضمن ملتقيات النادي .. ويجب على العضو احترام جميع أعضاء النادي.
6- يُمنع منعاً باتاً كتابة شكوى في ملتقيات النادي .. ويُرجى كتابة شكواك واضحةً تماماً وإرسالها إلى إدارة النادي
7- يُمنع منعاً باتاً كتابة أي اقتراح في ملتقيات النادي وبحال رغبت بطرح فكرة أو مقترح قم بمراسلة إدارة النادي لأنها الجهة المعنية بالمقترح ويكون ذلك عبر البريد gisclub@gmail.com.
8- عدم الانضمام إلى النادي لغرض الترويج للمواقع أوالخدمات أوالمنتجات أو الانشطة التجارية، حيث تخضع هذه الأمور إلى سياسة الإعلانات في موقع النادي، لذا نعتذر عن أي إجراء يتخذ عند وجود مثل هذه المخالفة.
9- اللغة العربية هي اللغة الرسمية للنادي ويجب ان تكون جميع المواضيع والمشاركات مكتوبه باللغة العربية الفصحى وليس بلهجات عامية.
10- يجب مراعاة اختيار الكلمات المناسبة لعنوان الموضوع بحيث لا يكون بعيداً عن مضمون الموضوع نفسه.
11- يجب عدم وضع عناوين مثل [ أرجو المساعدة.. سؤال.. أرجو الدخول.. الخ ] دون توضيح سبب المشكلة بالعنوان.
12- يجب أن تكون الردود مناسبة ولائقة بالموضوع نفسه.
13- يجب تحرّي الدقة قبل طرح أي موضوع بحيث لا تكون فكرته أو محتواه مكرر.
14- يجب التأكد عند طرح أي موضوع أن يكون متوافقاً مع القسم الذي سيُطرح فيه.
15- عند وضع صور أو ملفات يجب رفعها باستخدام مركز رفع الملفات الخاص بالنادي.
16- عند نقل أي موضوع أو شرح يراعى الإشارة لصاحب الشرح وذكر اسمه ووضع رابط لمكان النقل وذلك حفاظاً على الملكية الفكرية والأدبية لجميع مستخدمي الانترنت وبحال عدم تقيدك بهذا الأمر فان لإدارة النادي كامل الصلاحية بالتعديل على الموضوع وكتابة اسم صاحب الموضوع ومكان النقل أن وجد أو حذف الموضوع.. وعلى كل شخص قد سلب منه حقوقه الخاصة بالشروحات والمواضيع التقدم لإدارة النادي برسالة يشير فيها للموضوع الخاص به وستعمل إدارة النادي على تتبع الموضوع وبحال ثبوت أن الموضوع خاص بصاحب الرسالة فان لإدارة النادي الحق في اغلاق أو تعديل أو حذف الموضوع واتخاذ ما تراه مناسب بحق العضو.
17- يحافظ نادي نظم المعلومات الجغرافية على حقوق الملكية الفكرية و يمنع منعاً باتاً إضافة أو تداول أو طلب برامج تجارية مقرصنة أو كراكات من شأنها الإضرار بهذه الحقوق.
18- ان جميع ما يُكتب في ملتقيات النادي او يتم ارفاقة من قبل الاعضاء فهو ملك لنادي نظم المعلومات الجغرافية ولا يحق للعضو المطالبة بحذفة، وللنادي الحق في التصرف بجميع ما يكتب او يرفق،وحفظه في مكتبة النادي او اخراجه بشكل مطبوع مع حفظ حقوق الكاتب.
19 - يُمنع منعاً باتاً التعليم عبر الماسينجر او البريد الالكتروني كأن يسأل العضو ويطلب شيء فيقال له أضفني على الماسنجر لأساعدك أو راسلني على البريد الالكتروني للتفاهم.
20- كل عضو مُرحب به في نادي نظم المعلومات الجغرافية، لذا لاحاجة لكتابة موضوع ترحيبي بل إثبت تواجدك بإبداعك وضع لك بصمة في هذا الملتقى.
21- يحق لإدارة نادي نظم المعلومات الجغرافية ممثلةً بمشرفها العام ومشرفيها بمختلف رتبهم, حذف أو تعديل أو نقل أي مشاركة أو موضوع يرون أنه في غير مكانه الصحيح أو غير قابل للنشر أو لأي سبب اخر.
Controls user name registration
1 - to be frank, the name is an alias

Posts controls
1 - is strictly prohibited to write any post with abuse directly or indirectly, of the Islamic religion or the Koran or the Prophet (PBUH).
2 - is strictly forbidden to mention in the posts sects and religious communities.
3 - is strictly prohibited to address the topics of political and which carries with it criticism or ridicule.
4 - is strictly prohibited to abuse of the Club of geographic information systems or to members of the team and the club in no possession of a complaint on the team or any member should contact the club to do so.
5 - is strictly prohibited to abuse of the members in any way in the club forums .. The Member of respect for all members of the club.
6 - is strictly forbidden to write a complaint in the forums club .. Please write your complaint very clear and sent to the club
7 - is strictly forbidden to write any proposal in the forums and the club any way you want to put your idea or proposal by sending the club because it concerned the proposal and this is via e-gisclub@gmail.com.
8 - not to join the club for the purpose of promoting Ooualemntjat sites or services or commercial activities, where these things are subject to the policy of advertising in the club, sorry for any action taken when there is such a violation.
9 - Arabic is the official language of the club and must be all the threads and posts written in classical Arabic rather than colloquial dialects.

12 - Responses should be appropriate and decent the same subject.
13 - must verify accuracy before submitting any subject so they are not his idea or duplicate content.
14 - Make sure when you put any subject to be compatible with the section which will be put in it.
15 - When you put images or files must be submitted using the Upload Center your club.
